Delivery informations

All non-Express orders will be shipped upon receipt of your payment within 24 hours (working days) by French postal service Colissimo. Order preparation times might be extended and delayed over specific periods like Christmas festive season, temporary shortages on backorders, force majeure events.
FPPM INTERNATIONAL SAS is commited to notify the Customer in case of delays, either over the phone or via e-mail. All items will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process.

Once your parcel will be shipped, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail within 24 hours.
All items are shipped from our warehouse located in Rouen (Normandy, France), once your package has left our offices, we are no longer responsible for it and can not be held responsible for any loss or late delivery. For any complaints, please contact Coliposte at 3631.
All parcels are tracked by French Postal Service and the postal service of your country.
Orders for outside the European Community may be subject to customs duties. Those costs will be borne by the buyer and not FPPM INTERNATIONAL.

CALL & COLLECT
 

From Monday, April 12, 2021, and until further notice, we will be offering a Call & Collect service in our boutique in Rouen Carmes. You can enjoy this service in our boutique located in  Lille, Bordeaux, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Annecy and Strasbourg until Saturday 10 April.

Please call ahead our team members at your local boutique to place your order, to ask for custom advice and to define a date and time for collection. Then just visit the boutique to collect your order if it suits you and safely pay on the spot. To ensure the safety of both our staff and our customers, we will be operating social distancing at all times, in compliance with the highest hygiene standards.

3. Make an appointment with your local boutique to schedule the collection of your order You can reserve your items and schedule the time of collection over the phone within 48 hours.
 
4. Visit your local boutique and collect your purchase(s) Just pop up at your local boutique – on an appointment only basis – to pay you order, in compliance with applicable social distancing and hygiene standards. Please remind to preferably by credit card.
 
No purchase or order collection will be made possible without prior confirmation over the phone of the time and date of collection.
 
Call & Collect by PAUL MARIUS is a non-binding booking service offered by phone. 
Once in store, customer can withdraw if the selected item doesn’t satisfy him or if he changes his mind.
Purchase is realized in store; therefore customer cannot exercise distance selling right of withdrawal.
Customer can return purchase at the dedicated PAUL MARIUS boutique as specified on the receipt.
