Proceed a return

 

PAUL MARIUS accepts a return for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt (the date of receipt sent by the carrier).

Possibility of exchange or refund until January 31st, 2018 for any order placed between November 01st, 2017 to December 31st, 2017. 


The return costs are fully borne by the buyer. The return must be performed by a service with tracking number.

The returned product must be in new condition, similar of the day of receipt and includes all of its labels.

It will also be in perfect condition, the strap inside the bag and packed in its protective bag.

If the returned product shows signs of use it will be returned to the buyer and this at his own expense.

"Return to sender" must be written on the cardboard.

 

  • To proceed a refund:

To proceed a refund, go to "My Account" / "my invoices." Select the relevant invoice and click on "Do a delivery return".

Then select the products to return and the return type: "Refund".

You must accept the conditions of return and register your application. A summary e-mail will be sent with a return number. This return number must be indicated on your return package.

The refund will be made after receipt and confirmation of the return of the buyer.

The process of refund takes approximatively 48H to 72H.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the buyer (check, bank transfer, credit card, paypal)

 

  • To proceed an exchange:

WARNING: Some countries are not allowed to make an echange. If you lIve in one of those country, you must proceed a return for refund and place a new order. 

To proceed an exchange, go to "My Account" / "my invoices" Select the relevant invoice and click on "Do a delivery return".

Then select the products to return and the return type: "Exchange". (if only 'refund' is available it is because we do not allow exchange for the country in which you live).

You must choose the product you want in exchange, accept the conditions of return and register your application. A summary e-mail will be sent with a return number. This return number must be indicated on your package.

If you want to exchange your product with a product more expensive, you must make a bank transfer of the difference of amount between products.

Conversely, the excess will be refunded to the purchaser by the same method of payment used by the latter (check, bank transfer, credit card, paypal).

Subject to the availability of the product for exchange, the exchange will be made within 72 hours from receipt of the return.
